We live in an impatient world. We tap our feet nervously, bite our lips, chew our nails, jiggle the keys in our hand. We don't like to wait and we don't wait gracefully. When something is bothering us, we want the answer now, not later. We take actions impulsively and rush into solutions that we haven't thought out well.
