High Protein Pizza 🍕 Bowls Recipe Idea

These are easy to meal prep and so delicious!


High Protein Pizza 🍕 Bowls 


Ingredients ⤵️

* 1/2 cup low sodium tomato sauce (1/4 c per bowl) : 1 green per bowl

* 12oz low fat cottage cheese (6 oz per bowl): 

1/2 leaner per bowl (I like to use the immersion blender to make mine smooth)

* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1/4 c per bowl) 

* 6 slices of turkey pepperoni (3 per bowl) 

* 2 Tbsp turkey sausage crumbles

* 1/4 tsp dried oregano 

* 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 


Directions ⤵️

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 

2. Use oil spray on an oven safe bowl. 

3. Add in half of the pizza sauce and half of thecottage cheese to each bowl.  Stir to combine. 

4. Next, add in half of the shredded cheese, half of the pepperoni and half of the sausage. 

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 and then top with oregano and crushed red pepper flakes. 

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

2 Pizza Bowls:

1 green

1 leaner 

1 condiment
