5-Minute Italian Tuna Salad 🥚🥬🍅🫒


It's the perfect combination of lean protein, healthy fats, and fresh greens, making it a delicious and satisfying meal that's ready in no time.


Makes 1 serving


Ingredients:

1, (5-oz.) can/pack tuna in water, drained (4-oz. drained)

1 hard boiled egg, chopped

2 cups spring mix

1 Roma tomato, chopped

2 tbsp reduced-fat Italian dressing

3 black or green olives


Optional Condiments Add-ons: 1 tosp chopped red onion (1 condiment), 2 tosp chopped parsley (½ condiment), and/or 1 tosp feta cheese (1 condiment)
