In honor of ‘National Eat Your Vegetable Day’ here is one my absolutely favorite recipes!!
It’s hits every time we have it!!
Avocado & Chicken Caprese Salad

Ingredients ⤵️
2 cups Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/8 Avocado, chopped
2 oz. Fresh mozzarella, chopped
4 oz. Chicken breasts, chopped
Fresh torn basil
Walden Farms Balsamic dressing (or you can use your 3 condiments to dress the salad with another option)
There’s nothing quite like a nice thick later of balsamic on top!
Arrange ingredients as a salad π₯
1 lean, 3 green, 1 healthy fat
