You are not broken just because someone couldn’t love you the way you needed.

Sometimes people don’t show up, not because you were unworthy, but because they were emotionally unavailable. That’s not your fault. That’s a reflection of their emotional capacity, not your value.

Stop tying your worth to someone else’s ability to give love. Healthy love includes emotional safety, presence, consistency, and the ability to show up fully. If they couldn’t offer that, it doesn’t make you too much. It means they were not ready to hold what you offer.

Your healing begins when you stop internalizing someone else’s emotional limitations as your personal flaw. You are still worthy. You are still valuable. And you are still deserving of love that meets you where you are.
