Avocado & Chicken Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups (3.32 oz) Romaine lettuce (2 greens)
1/2 cup (2.63 oz) Cherry tomatoes, halved (1 green)
1 1/2 oz Avocado, chopped (1 healthy fat)
2 oz. Fresh mozzarella, chopped (1/3 leaner)
4 oz. cooked Chicken breasts, chopped (2/3 leaner)
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (1/2 condiment)
3 tbsp Walden farms Balsamic (2 1/2 condiments)
Arrange ingredients as a salad.
