Cajun Shrimp Recipe Idea

 


Cajun Shrimp

Makes 2 servings 


Ingredients:

14 oz cooked shrimp, thawed (2 leanest)

1 tsp cajun seasoning (2 condiments)

1/4 tsp ground red pepper (1/2 condiment)

1 clove garlic, minced (1 condiment)

2 tsp olive oil (2 Healthy Fats)


Directions:

Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and ground red pepper over shrimp and toss to coat. 


Heat oil (high heat) in skillet and saute garlic until lightly browned. 


Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes on one side. 


Turn over and cook 3 more minutes.


Per serving for program:  1 leanest, 1 healthy fat,  1.75 condiments
