Mediterranean Ground Beef Stir Fry Recipe Idea

 


Here is a lean and green recipe whether you are a client on one of our plans or just looking for healthy recipes! 😊😊😊

Mediterranean Ground Beef Stir Fry

🥩🫑🍅🫒🧅🌿


Ingredients ⤵️

- 10 oz cooked 90-94% lean ground beef (5 oz each = your full Lean)

- 1 cup bell pepper 

- 1 cup zucchini 

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

- 4 tbsp diced onion (optional - counts as

Condiment)

- 6 large Kalamata olives, sliced

- 1 tsp oregano, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika (1

Condiment total)

- Salt & pepper to taste

- 2 tbsp reduced-fat feta (1 Condiment total)

- Fresh parsley if you're feeling fancy


Cook it up ⤵️

1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a dry nonstick skillet-no oil.

2. Add ground beef, cook through, drain the fat.

3. Toss in the peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes— let it all soften.

4. Add spices, olives, salt, pepper.

5. Finish with feta and parsley.

6. Split into two meals.


Makes 2 servings ⤵️

Per serving:

• 1 Lean

• 3 Greens

• 3 Condiments

• O Healthy Fats (you don't need 'em when your lean's got enough lean)
