I love just about anything with an egg on top!!
Bun-less burger on a bed of lettuce
Ingredients:
1 egg (1/3 lean)
6 oz raw 95-97% lean ground turkey~Yields about 4 oz cooked (2/3 leaner)
1/2 cup (3.17 oz) sliced tomato (1 green)
1 cup (1.94 oz) butter lettuce (1 green)
1/4 cup (.76 oz) diced portabello mushrooms (1/2 green)
1/4 cup (1.32 oz) diced bell pepper (1/2 green)
2 tbsp guacamole (1 healthy fat)
1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)
1/2 tsp ground pepper (1 condiment)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Sliced Jalapeños (optional)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix meat with seasonings, diced mushrooms, and diced bell peppers.
On a pan or on a grill, flatten meat into a patty and cook until desired level or doneness.
On a separate pan fried an egg.
Stack burger on tomato, guacamole, and lettuce as shown!
