Halibut with tomato garlic sauce & cauliflower rice


Ingredients: 

9oz raw skinless filet of Halibut

6 grams of thinly sliced fresh garlic (2 condiments)

1 can diced tomatoes (puréed in a blender use a 1/2 cup) (1 green)

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp sweet paprika (1/2 condiment)

1/8-1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (1/8 condiment) (optional)

1 cup plain frozen cauliflower rice (steamed)


Directions: 

Salt and pepper the raw fish


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees for 10 minutes. 


Take an ovenproof pan. Preheat the pan on high heat for 2 minutes. 


Spray the pan with pam and cook for for 2 minutes then flip. 


Put the fish in the ovenproof pan directly in the oven and set a timer for 15 minutes.


Spray the pan with Pam. 


Turn on low and add 1 tsp of olive oil to a non-stick pan. 


Add the sliced fresh garlic and cook for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. 


Remove half of the garlic. 


Add paprika and sauté for a minute. Add in tomatoes sauce and 1/2 cup of water. 


Reduce by half. 5-10 minutes


Heat up your cauliflower rice per package instructions. 


Plate the sauce, 1 cup cauliflower rice and fish. 


Top with toasted garlic


Per serving for program: 1 leaner, 

1 healthy fat, 3 greens, 2.16 condiments
