Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe Idea 💡

 


Buffalo Cauliflower


Ingredients:


6 cups (21.12 oz) cauliflower florets (12 greens)


2 tsp garlic powder (4 condiments)


1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)


1/2 tsp pepper (1 condiment)


1 tbsp butter, melted (2 healthy fats)


¾ cup Frank’s RedHot hot sauce (6 condiment)


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place cauliflower on a baking sheet. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over florets.

2. Bake for 20 minutes. Combine the melted butter and hot sauce into a small bowl. Pour over the florets and bake for 5 more minutes.

3. Serve hot.


Makes 4 servings
