Basically, a cheeseburger and garlic bread had a baby, and that baby is absolutely DELICIOUS! 🤣
And the best part? They're ridiculously easy to make! Perfect for game day, parties, family dinners, or those evenings when you want something delicious without spending three hours in the kitchen.
🛒 Ingredients
For the cheeseburger filling:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
For the dough:
2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated jumbo flaky biscuits (16 biscuits total)
A little flour for your work surface
For the garlic Parmesan butter:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
👩🍳 Let's Get Cooking!
Step 1: Cook that delicious filling! 🍔
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until everything smells amazing!
Stir in the ketchup and mustard. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Step 2: Bring on the cheese! 🧀
Once the beef mixture has cooled a bit, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
We want cheesy goodness in every single bite!
Step 3: Stuff those little beauties!
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4–5 inches wide.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit.
Carefully pull the edges of the dough together, pinch tightly to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Make sure they're sealed well. We want the cheese inside the bombs, not escaping all over the baking sheet! 😂
Step 4: Make the garlic Parmesan magic! 🧄🧈
Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Brush half of this delicious mixture over the tops of your cheeseburger bombs.
Step 5: Bake until golden and gorgeous!
Bake for approximately 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Brush the remaining garlic Parmesan butter over the hot bombs immediately after removing them from the oven.
Let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
🤤 Let's Talk Dipping Sauces!
Because a good cheeseburger bomb deserves a little dipping action!
Burger sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and finely chopped pickles.
Ranch dressing: Because ranch makes just about everything better!
Spicy mayo: Mayonnaise mixed with sriracha for a little kick.
Warm cheese sauce: Because apparently we haven't used enough cheese yet! 😂
💡 A Few Delicious Tips!
Want to make these even more irresistible?
Add crispy cooked bacon to the beef filling for bacon cheeseburger bombs!
Love pickles? Add a few finely diced dill pickles to the filling.
Prefer pepper jack cheese? Go for it! A little heat never hurt anybody.
You can even prepare the beef filling ahead of time and refrigerate it until you're ready to assemble.
Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days and reheated in the oven or air fryer until hot throughout.
❤️ Final Thoughts From My Kitchen!
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are crispy and buttery on the outside, juicy and cheesy on the inside, and packed with all those delicious cheeseburger flavors we love.
They're easy enough for a weeknight, fun enough for a party, and dangerous enough that you might accidentally eat four while claiming you're just taste-testing! 😂🤣
Fair warning: Make extra. Because once that garlic Parmesan butter hits those golden biscuits, sharing becomes a personal struggle! 🧄🧀🍔❤️
