🍪 Oreo Cookies & Cream Cheesecake French Toast – Because Breakfast Clearly Needed a Little Drama! 😂🖤

Somewhere along the way, somebody decided French toast needed to be sensible.

Well, not today, Susan. Not today. 😂

Meet Oreo Cookies & Cream Cheesecake French Toast!

Thick, buttery brioche stuffed with fluffy Oreo cheesecake filling, dipped in rich vanilla custard, cooked golden brown, and smothered in warm white chocolate sauce, crushed Oreos, and whipped cream.

It's basically an Oreo cheesecake disguised as breakfast.

And quite frankly, I'm here for this kind of deception. 😏

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the French Toast:

  • 8 thick slices brioche bread

  • 3 large eggs

  • ¾ cup whole milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • Butter for cooking

For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup whipped topping

  • 8 Oreo cookies, crushed

For the White Chocolate Drizzle:

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

For the Delicious Finishing Touches:

  • 5–6 additional crushed Oreos

  • Whipped cream

  • Mini Oreos (optional)

  • Powdered sugar

  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

👩‍🍳 Let's Make Some Breakfast Magic!

1. Make That Oreo Cheesecake Filling! 🍪

Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

Gently fold in the whipped topping and crushed Oreos.

You should have a thick, creamy cookies-and-cream filling.

And yes, tasting it is absolutely necessary. Quality control, people. 😂

2. Stuff Those Brioche Beauties!

Spread a generous layer of Oreo cheesecake filling onto four slices of brioche.

Top with the remaining four slices to create sandwiches.

Press gently around the edges to help hold everything together.

3. Give Them the French Toast Treatment!

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and melted butter.

Dip each stuffed sandwich into the custard, coating both sides without letting the bread become soggy.

Heat a buttered skillet over medium-low heat.

Cook each sandwich for approximately 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

That gorgeous golden crust with the Oreo filling inside? Oh, we're getting somewhere now! 😍

4. Make the White Chocolate Drizzle! 🤍

Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until steaming, but not boiling.

Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips.

Let sit for one minute, then stir until smooth and silky.

If needed, warm gently over low heat until completely melted.

Try not to drink it straight from the saucepan.

Again, no promises. 😂

5. Build Your Cookies & Cream Masterpiece!

Stack or arrange the golden stuffed French toast on a plate.

Drizzle generously with warm white chocolate sauce.

Add a mountain of crushed Oreos, a dollop of whipped cream, and a few mini Oreos for decoration.

Feeling extra indulgent? Add a little chocolate syrup.

Because apparently, we've abandoned all reasonable breakfast expectations. 😂

💡 A Few Delicious Little Secrets!

🍞 Use thick brioche! It holds the creamy filling beautifully without falling apart.

🍪 Leave some Oreo chunks! Don't crush every cookie into dust. Those little crunchy pieces make each bite even better.

🤍 Keep the white chocolate warm! It drizzles beautifully when slightly warm, but avoid overheating it.

🥞 Cook low and slow! Medium-low heat helps the custard cook through without burning the outside.

❄️ Prep ahead! Make the cheesecake filling the night before and refrigerate it until you're ready to assemble.

❤️ Final Thoughts

Let's be perfectly clear.

This is not the French toast you make when you're trying to be responsible.

This is the French toast you make when it's Saturday morning, you're wearing your favorite pajamas, and you've decided that happiness occasionally comes covered in crushed Oreos. 😂

Perfect for birthday breakfasts, weekend brunches, holiday mornings, or whenever your sweet tooth decides to take over the kitchen.

And if somebody says, "That's basically dessert for breakfast," just smile and remind them that donuts have been getting away with it for decades. 😏🍪

Now tell me… are you an Oreo lover, or would you go completely rogue and add chocolate ice cream on top? 👀🖤
