Applications for Bullshit Are Officially CLOSED! 🚫😂

Let me tell you something about getting older, wiser, and just a little less willing to entertain nonsense.

My tolerance for bullshit has officially left the building. And quite frankly, I don't see it coming back. 😂

Here's what I've learned: Just because other people are willing to tolerate lying, sneaky behavior, fake friendships, disrespect, and questionable loyalty doesn't mean I have to.

Everybody has their own standards. Their own boundaries. Their own definition of what's acceptable.

And that's perfectly fine!

But please don't confuse what YOU tolerate with what I'M required to accept.

I'm Not Difficult. I Just Pay Attention. 👀

There's a big difference between being judgmental and being observant.

I notice when someone's words don't match their actions.

I notice when loyalty suddenly becomes optional.

I notice when people are sweet to your face but apparently have an entirely different personality when you leave the room.

And I especially notice when someone expects honesty, respect, and loyalty from me while treating those same qualities like optional accessories.

Oh, the hypocrisy! 😂

Some people want VIP treatment while bringing dollar-store behavior to the relationship.

Sorry, sweetheart. That math isn't mathing.

My Boundaries Aren't Up for Negotiation

One of the best things about reaching a certain stage in life is realizing that you don't owe everyone access to you.

You can be kind without being naive.

You can forgive without forgetting the lesson.

You can love people without allowing them to repeatedly disrespect you.

And you can walk away without writing a five-page essay explaining why.

Because here's the thing…

When someone repeatedly shows you who they are, eventually you have to stop acting surprised.

That's not bitterness. That's experience.

And experience is one expensive teacher. Trust me, I've paid enough tuition! 😂

I'm Not Looking for Perfect People

Let's get something straight.

I don't expect perfection. Lord knows I'm far from perfect myself!

We all have bad days. We all make mistakes. We all occasionally say something we wish we could shove right back into our mouths.

What matters is accountability.

Can you admit when you're wrong?

Can you apologize without adding seventeen excuses?

Can you communicate honestly, even when the conversation is uncomfortable?

Can you show the same respect you expect to receive?

Because that's what matters to me.

I can work with imperfect. I cannot work with intentionally dishonest.

Big difference.

The Older I Get, the Smaller My Circus 🎪

There was a time when I felt the need to explain myself, defend my intentions, and give people chance after chance.

Not anymore.

These days, I prefer genuine connections, honest conversations, good laughs, and people whose presence doesn't require a recovery period afterward.

I'm not interested in competing, chasing, investigating, or playing detective in relationships.

If I need a magnifying glass, three witnesses, and a private investigator to figure out whether you're being honest, we already have a problem. 😂

And no, that doesn't mean I think I'm better than anybody.

It means I've finally learned that my peace is worth protecting.

Final Thought: Keep Your Nonsense Over There! ✌️

You don't have to be rude to have boundaries.

You don't have to be cruel to be firm.

And you certainly don't have to lower your standards just because someone else is comfortable living without them.

I genuinely wish people happiness, success, healing, and everything good life has to offer.

But lying, manipulation, fake love, sneaky behavior, and repeated disrespect?

No thank you. We're fully staffed in the bullshit department, and we're not accepting applications. 😂

At this point in my life, I want honesty, consistency, loyalty, laughter, and mutual respect.

And if that's asking too much from someone?

Then I'm simply asking the wrong person.

My heart is still soft. My intentions are still good. But my boundaries? Baby, those have gotten a whole lot stronger. ❤️

And one last thing…

I don't care what everybody else puts up with. I know what I'm not putting up with.

That's not an attitude problem.

That's a self-respect upgrade. 😘

Anybody else reach that beautiful stage of life where your peace matters more than being liked by everybody? 😂
