Whether it's a habit, a pattern, a relationship, or a mindset, you’re silently agreeing to it. Even if it’s painful or unhelpful, not changing it means you’re allowing it to continue.

Many of us repeat patterns because they’re familiar or tied to past experiences, trauma, or what we were taught growing up. It’s not about blame, it’s about understanding.

The good news? You have power.

Change starts the moment you become aware.

Once you see a pattern, you can start choosing something better for yourself. You don’t have to fix everything overnight. Just don’t abandon the version of you that’s ready for more.
