This is an absolute fact and we need to know our own value-  that’s very important. If you want to be happy,  you can’t let people treat you like a disposable piece of garbage.  You ARE worthy-  remember that!  Anyone can talk a bunch of bullshit. Let’s be realistic.  Effort doesn’t lie.  If they aren’t making the effort,  why should you ALWAYS  be the one that makes the effort?  What makes them any better than you that they don’t have to make any damn effort!   Nah….
