Veggie Egg White Muffins
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1.55 oz) fresh broccoli (1 green)
1/2 cup (2.63 oz) diced bell peppers (1 green)
7 oz egg whites (1/2 leanest)
1/4 tsp sea salt (1 condiment)
1/2 tsp ground pepper (1 condiment)
1 oz non fat feta (1 condiment)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mixture together all ingredients.
2. Spray muffin tray with non stick spray.
3. Pour mixture evenly to make 4-5 muffins.
4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown.
Makes 1 serving
