Matilda, the golden retriever, just realized that she knows how to growl cute dog with a lamb chop video
This is my Grandpup Matilda (aka Tilly). Tilly is such a sweet girl. We also call her beans. She loves to just walk around with her lamb chops in her mouth, plush lamb chop of course! She just recently learned that she can make a growling sound and now she loves to walk around and do that! Isn’t she just the sweetest girl? She’s a snuggle 🥰 bug too ❤️❤️❤️

Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Idea
Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
14 oz – Chicken Breast~Yields 9 oz cooked (1 1/2 leaner)
1/2 cup (2 oz) grated - 2% Reduced Fat Cheese (1/2 lean)
¼ cup – Franks Hot Wing Sauce (4 condiments)
¼ cup – Light Hidden Valley Ranch (2 healthy fats)
2 tbsp – Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (2 condiments)
1 ½ cups (5.34 oz) – Celery cut into sticks (3 greens)
1 ½ cups (7.89 oz) – Sliced Bell Peppers (3 greens)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake chicken breasts for 30-35 minutes or until cooked. Remove chicken breast from pan & chop into small pieces or shred. Mix Franks Hot Wing sauce, Ranch Dressing, & Cream Cheese.
Heat over medium high heat, stirring until Cream Cheese is completely melted. Once melted, pour the sauce mixture over chicken. Then sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve with 1 ½ cups of celery and/or Bell Peppers or your favorite veggies!

Cauli Grilled Cheese 🧀
Ingredients ⤵️
(2 cups grated) cauliflower
1 egg
¼ cup of almond flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter
4 teaspoons light olive oil
3 ounces low fat cheese
Directions ⤵️
Mix together cauliflower, egg, almond flour, salt and pepper until combined.
In a heavy saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tsp of olive oil over medium-low heat. To test if the oil/butter mixture is hot enough, drop a small piece of the cauliflower mixture into the pan and if bubbles form around the edges, the oil is ready.
Carefully place two ¼ cup-sized scoops of the cauliflower mixture in the pan and cook for two minutes, until the pancakes are browning on the bottom.
Flip the pancake over carefully with a spatula and place the cheese so it is equally divided on one pancake. Cook for one more minute then place the second pancake on top of the cheese and press down. Cook for 30 seconds then flip over the grilled cheese pancake sandwich, press down and cook for 30 more seconds.
Place the hot grilled cheese pancake on the paper towels to drain then repeat this process.
