Cheesy Tuna Tacos
🌮🧀🌮🧀🌮🧀🌮🧀🌮🧀🌮🧀🌮🧀
Makes 1 serving
Per serving:
1 lean
1 healthy fat
1 condiment
1 optional snack
Ingredients:
3.5 oz canned tuna
1/2 Tbsp mayo
1 tsp malt vinegar
2 dill pickle slices
2 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Melt the cheese on a grill or in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
Balance a large spoon or spatula between 2 bowls so the spoon handle makes a "bridge" between the bowls.
Remove the cheese from the pan and gently lay it over a spoon handle so it forms a taco shell shape as it cools.
Drain the tuna. Mix the tuna, mayo, and vinegar then scoop the mixture into the cheese taco shell. Add the pickle slices on top or on one side of the shell (as pictured).
Enjoy!
Note: you will need 1 additional healthy fat for a full L&G because tuna is a leanest protein.
