Egg White Omelette w/ Kale & Avocado Recipe Idea 


Ingredients:

11.2 oz egg whites (4/5 leanest)

1 oz Turkey Bacon (1/5 lean)

1 1/2 oz avocado (1 healthy fat)

1 tsp olive oil (1 healthy fat)

1 cup (2.36 oz) Kale (2 greens)

1/2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (1 condiment)

1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (1/2 condiment)

1/4 tsp ground pepper (1/2 condiment)


Directions:

1. On a medium skillet, spray pan with non stick spray and then cook egg whites into an omelette.

2. On a separate skillet, warm 1 tsp of olive oil and then pour in kale. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Plate omelette and pour kale on top. In the same pan, 

4. Cook Turkey bacon until desired.

5. Top omelette with sliced avocado and seasonings to complete this delicious breakfast
