💅 Why Am I Single? Let’s Start With… Y’all 💅

 

Every time somebody asks,
“Why are you still single?”
I have to fight the urge to respond with:

“Bro… have you SEEN the dating pool? It’s basically a community kiddie pool full of lies, cheating, and broken expectations.”

Let’s be honest — half the world is out here cheating like it’s a group project nobody agreed to. Folks can’t even stay loyal to their own lunch order, let alone a relationship.

But here’s the plot twist nobody talks about:

I’m not single because I can’t get somebody.
I’m single because I’m not trying to fight for the bare minimum of loyalty.

Because one thing about me?
I’m not auditioning for a role in someone’s “situationship circus.”

I want peace.
I want honesty.
I want someone who actually chooses me — not someone who only remembers me after they argue with their main person.

These days, staying single isn’t a struggle…
It’s a safety plan.

While everybody else is out here cheating just because the wind blew too hard, I’m simply over here choosing myself — because that never goes out of style.

So yeah…
Why am I single?
Because I’d rather wait for something real than clap for somebody who can’t even spell “loyalty,” let alone practice it.

Call it picky.
Call it standards.
Call it savage.

But I call it peace… and that’s priceless.
