Spicy “sesame” shrimp & zoodles 😋
7 oz shrimp (a leanest)
2/3 oz of peanuts (raw and blanched, no salt, 2 healthy fats),
1 1/2 cup of zoodles (3 greens)
2 tablespoons of PB2 thinned out in warm water to make a sauce (1 healthy snack).
Put it all in a saute pan. Added 1 tsp of siracha (1 condiment) for some heat and to thicken it up
1 lean, 2 healthy fats, 3 greens, 1 condiment, 1 healthy snack
