4.5 ounces lean cooked 95-97% ground beef (3/4 lean)
1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 lean)
2 1/2 cups lettuce, shredded (2 1/2 greens)
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped (1/2 green)
2 dil pickle spears, chopped (1 snack)
2 tbsp lite wish-bone Thousand Island Dressing (1 healthy fat)
2 tbsp chopped red onion (2 condiments)
