"I'm disruptive, sensual, chaotic, sarcastic, occasionally offensive, a bit awkward, and never easy to control. I spent most of my life thinking those were flaws."
Then one day...
I realized they were simply warning labels for people who prefer beige personalities.
Somewhere along the way, society convinced us we should be quieter, easier, smaller, more agreeable, and less... us.
Smile more.
Talk less.
Don't rock the boat.
Don't make people uncomfortable.
Meanwhile, the people telling you to "stay in your lane" are usually driving in reverse with their hazard lights on.
Here's the truth...
The world doesn't need another carbon copy of someone who's afraid to have an opinion. It needs people who laugh too loud, love too hard, ask uncomfortable questions, challenge broken systems, and occasionally make Thanksgiving dinner just a little awkward.
Disruptive?
That's how change begins.
Sensual?
Imagine being comfortable in your own skin. Revolutionary.
Chaotic?
Sometimes that's just creativity without a filing cabinet.
Sarcastic?
Some of us cope with life's nonsense using humor instead of bail money.
Occasionally offensive?
Let's be honest... some people are offended by absolutely everything. If breathing had subtitles, someone would file a complaint.
Awkward?
Congratulations. You're human.
And "hard to control?"
That's not an insult.
That's a boundary.
You weren't born to fit neatly into someone else's expectations. You weren't designed to spend your life apologizing for taking up space.
The right people won't ask you to dim your personality. They'll hand you a microphone.
So stop trying to become easier to manage.
Be impossible to forget.
Because normal is wildly overrated... and if being "too much" scares the wrong people away?
That's called quality control. 🤷😉
