Hating Me Is Pointless… I'll Just End Up Feeling Sorry for You! πŸ˜‚

One thing about me? I have a terrible habit of trying to figure out WHY people behave the way they do.

You can be rude, petty, jealous, or downright ridiculous, and instead of getting mad, my brain starts investigating. πŸ•΅️‍♀️πŸ˜‚

Was it childhood trauma? Insecurity? Unresolved issues? Did somebody hurt your feelings in third grade and you've been making it everybody else's problem ever since? πŸ€”

Before you know it, I've mentally connected 47 dots, analyzed your behavior, and gone from being annoyed to thinking, "Good grief, somebody really needs a hug." πŸ˜‚

Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not a psychologist, and I certainly don't have everybody figured out. Sometimes people are just having a bad day. And sometimes? Well, they're just being a jerk. Let's not overcomplicate everything! πŸ™„

But I've learned that people's behavior often says a whole lot more about what's going on inside them than it does about you.

And understanding that makes it a lot easier not to take everything personally.

Of course, having empathy doesn't mean giving people unlimited opportunities to treat you poorly.

I can understand your behavior, feel compassion for whatever you're dealing with, and still decide I'm not participating in your nonsense. πŸ’…

At this point, I'm not even interested in matching anyone's negative energy.

I'm too busy trying to understand the psychological documentary playing out in front of me. πŸ˜‚

Bottom line: You can dislike me all you want. Just don't be surprised if I end up wishing you healing instead of arguing with you.

Because sometimes the best response isn't anger.

It's a little compassion, a healthy boundary, and quietly thinking, "Well, that explains a few things." πŸ˜‚❤️
