Crock Pot Crack Potato Soup
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Add the cream cheese and sour cream to the crock pot. Stir until well combined and creamy.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Mix in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.
