Answer the following questions
What are your strengths?
What do you love about yourself?
What do you stand for?
What do you love most about your family and kids?
What do you love most about you?
Who is the best you?
Write a description of who you are. Write your own story.
When you read your own story, do you focus on the positive and negative? Do you dwell on your strengths or your weaknesses? What is your perspective?
Now go back and rewrite your story.
Happiness begins when you learn to accept the fact that you are loved and valued for who you are, not what you do
Life? What is it? It is one hard journey. You live, you learn, you screw up, you learn. I don't know if anyone will actually see and really look at my little old school blog but I enjoy sharing. My mind squirrels at times so I love to just post random stuff that I like. I hope that something I post touches you or helps you in some way. We are in this road called "Life" together :-) Let's help one another and practice some kindness along the way! #justagirlwithadogandablog

Finding yourself in today's complicated world

Wow, as I am doing the exercise that I previously wrote about, I just sat here for 2 hours and wrote out my life story. I think it was good therapy for me. I cried throughout the entire writing but I think I needed it. I probably should have went and talked to someone a while ago about my childhood etc and all the bottled up feelings but I never did. Just sitting here writing out my life was really tough but I know I need to let it go (not that you ever forget because you don't) but I need to move on. I can't reclaim the past
