It’s the risk she knows she faces when she chooses to love, for she loves with all her heart and gives it her all.

So, as she picks up the shattered pieces of her heart, she knows this lonely road all too well.

It aches to her deepest places, but that’s the price she’s accustomed to paying for loving the way she does..

And she wouldn’t change a thing about who she is and the choices she makes.

She’ll never stop believing in happily ever after and true love, so she long ago made peace with the road to happiness.

She learns something from every dead end and tries to grow each time.

She’ll pick up the pieces she needs to move on and move up, leaving behind the parts of the past that don’t serve her anymore..
