Tender Chicken Wrapped in Tortillas with a Rich, Creamy Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 package flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Directions:
Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth.
Assemble Wraps: Place shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and roll up tightly.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over them. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with a side of salsa or guacamole.
