- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 3 medium green onions, white and light green parts only chopped
- ¾ cup chopped sugar snap peas
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 3 hardboiled eggs chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon chopped
