Stuffed Cheesy Meatballs
8 oz 95-97% (raw) lean ground beef~ Yields about 6 oz cooked (1 leaner)
1 tsp Horseradish (1 condiment)
Non-stick cooking spray
2 wedges Light Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese (2 condiments)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Roll the ground beef into even sized balls.
Evenly distribute the horseradish onto each meatball, coating the entire outside.
With a toothpick, poke a hole in each meatball and add laughing cow cheese into the center, covering the hole up when finished.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes until done.
Pair with your favorite veggies and low carb sauce
