Ingredients For Easy Avocado Lime Shrimp Salad Recipe Idea


* 14 ounces jumbo cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped (2 leanest)
* 1 1/2 cup (9.51 oz) tomato, diced (3 greens)
* 4 1/2 ounces avocado, diced (3 healthy fats)
* 1/4 cup (.80 oz) jalapeno, seeds removed, diced fine (1/2 green)
* 1/4 cup (.88 oz) chopped green onion (1/2 green)
* 2 tablespoons lime juice (3 condiments)
* 1 tsp olive oil (1 healthy fat)
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (1/4 condiment)
* 1/8 teaspoon salt (1/2 condiment)
* 1 tbsp + 2 tsp chopped red onion (1 2/3 condiment)
* ¼ teaspoon fresh pepper to taste (1/2 condiment) 


Instructions For Easy Avocado Lime Shrimp Salad Recipe Idea

In a small bowl combine green onion, lime juice, olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper. Let them marinate at least 5 minutes to mellow the flavor of the onion.
In a large bowl combine chopped shrimp, avocado, tomato, jalapeno. Combine all the ingredients together, add cilantro and gently toss. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
