- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 poblano peppers seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 slices cheese of choice
- salt and pepper to taste
