Egg 🥚 Drop Soup
Ingredients ⤵️
1 cup chicken broth (1 Condiment)
1/4 tsp soy sauce (1/4 Condiment)
1/8 tsp sesame oil – optional but recommended (1/8 Healthy Fat)
1 egg, beaten (1/3 lean)
1 tsp chopped fresh chives (1/21 Condiment)
Directions ⤵️
In a small saucepan, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a boil. Stir gently while you pour in the beaten egg. Cook for about 1 minute. Season with chives before serving.
