 Easy Peach Gnocchi Recipe Idea




 Ingredients For Easy Peach Gnocchi Recipe Idea

  • 2 15 ounce peaches in syrup, drained
  • 2 8 ​​ounce chilled croissants
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1½ cup Citrus Sprite or Lemonade
  • Vanilla Ice Cream to serve
Instructions For Easy Peach Gnocchi Recipe Idea

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a  baking sheet well.
  2. Roll out the dough and divide into triangles.
  3. Place a peach slice or two (depending on size) on the wide end of the triangle cake. Dust with a pinch of cinnamon and roll the dough around the peach.
  4. When the dough is firm, transfer the patties to the skillet.Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  5. Melt two knobs of butter in a large bowl and stir in the white sugar, brown sugar, and  remaining cinnamon until smooth.
  6. Using a large spoon, pour the butter mixture over the ravioli.
  7. Sprinkle the dough on top, leaving out the top so that the dumplings get a crispy crust.
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes or until top of cake is golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and garnish with vanilla ice cream.
