Ingredients For Easy Peach Gnocchi Recipe Idea
- 2 15 ounce peaches in syrup, drained
- 2 8 ounce chilled croissants
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1½ cup Citrus Sprite or Lemonade
- Vanilla Ice Cream to serve
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet well.
- Roll out the dough and divide into triangles.
- Place a peach slice or two (depending on size) on the wide end of the triangle cake. Dust with a pinch of cinnamon and roll the dough around the peach.
- When the dough is firm, transfer the patties to the skillet.Repeat with the rest of the dough.
- Melt two knobs of butter in a large bowl and stir in the white sugar, brown sugar, and remaining cinnamon until smooth.
- Using a large spoon, pour the butter mixture over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle the dough on top, leaving out the top so that the dumplings get a crispy crust.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until top of cake is golden brown.
- Serve hot and garnish with vanilla ice cream.
