· 1 clove garlic finely chopped
· ½ cup red pepper chopped
· ½ teaspoon paprika
· 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
· ½ cup jalapeno finely chopped
· ½ teaspoon cumin
· 1 cup of Marinara sauce 5gm carbs or less and low fat
· ½ cup parsley
· ½ cup cilantro
· ¼ teaspoon salt
· ½ teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients with tomato sauce except parsley and cilantro.
Place salmon in a frying pan sprayed with pam cook for about 10 min on a low light. Add in tomato sauce mixture and cover. Cook for an additional 10 min on simmer.
Remove from pan and place on individual plates evenly scoop tomato mixture on each plate and with evenly divided parsley and cilantro.
