Good got me walked on, mistreated and pushed around, kicked while I was down.

My fuck around and find out is getting rather polished lately. 
What I continue to witness in people these end days is more of the same..
Projecting.. Judgment, blame and shame.
I think some of these ego traps have gotten people confused about tolerance.
Tolerance is not a virtue.
Tolerance is a door mat.
Be pissed when someone disrespects you. Put a mf'er in their place.
We don't need to be sitting at tables not meant for us.
Flip that shit over!
Being pure is not about being good.
Its about being raw in your truth.
By the way, forgive does not mean forget.
Learn.
Don't repeat the same shit and then wonder why the shadows come to the surface demanding to be heard.
Evolve or repeat.
Win or accept defeat.
We repeat what we don't repair.
What a frickin nightmare!
Change the pattern.
Break the cycle.
Stand for something or fall for everything.
