Grilled Chicken with Creamy Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Grilled Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Olive oil, for grilling
For the Creamy Dill Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken: In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken: Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil. Grill the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the creamy dill sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Serve: Slice the grilled chicken breasts and serve with the creamy dill sauce.
Tips:
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Adjust the amount of dill in the sauce to your desired taste.
Serve the chicken with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
