🥗 Healthy, Delicious Crockpot Dinner 🍽️
1 lb 94% lean ground turkey
1 cup zucchini, diced
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oilve oil
Place ground turkey in the crockpot, breaking it up as you add it. Sprinkle olive oil on top.
Add zucchini, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and garlic powder.
Stir to combine, cover, and cook on low for 6 hours.
