Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese 🥑🍅🧀
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 tomato, sliced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side, layer avocado, mozzarella, and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Close the sandwich and cook in a skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Slice and serve warm.
